Chris Smearing

As a child, you could find Chris disassembling his toys to see how they worked, so it was no surprise he became an engineer. With a degree in electrical engineering and a passion for software, he spent many years writing software and designing circuits for a large semiconductor company in Dallas. After a year-long sabbatical around the world, he dove into web development head-first and hasn’t looked back.

Outside of work he can be found on a ladder or in the garage working on home improvement tasks, walking in the woods, or playing fetch with his cat Maggie.
