Ross Hudgens founded Siege Media in August of 2012. Siege made the Inc. 5000 six years in a row, and also has been named one of Inc’s Best Workplaces.
Before Siege, Ross worked as an SEO in the insurance and mortgage space building websites from launch to #1 rankings for extremely competitive queries. His work has been featured on The New York Times, The Washington Post, Search Engine Land, Forbes, AOL, and Hacker News.
He is also a frequent speaker with appearances at well-known conferences MozCon, LearnInbound, SearchLove, and MNSearch, among others. Ross has a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in marketing from Chapman University.
Ross enjoys investing in tech startups with focus or exposure to SEO or content marketing. Investments include the e-commerce AI landing page tool Optiversal and the audience research tool Sparktoro. He’s also a proud husband and father of two young kids, Ronin and Zoe.
