Challenges

Possible Finance has seen success through traditional PR efforts, but they were determined to enhance their backlink profile with the goal to increase their site authority overall. Additionally, their website’s visual layout was looking to improve its uniformity. Thus, improving Possible’s brand awareness as well as increasing recognizability of their content in the loan and personal finance space. Ultimately, their team was looking for a partner to discover more optimization and conversion opportunities–both for desktop and mobile.

Growth Summary

The personal loan space is large and competitive with localized and national vendors competing for the same keywords and real estate on page 1 of the SERP. The main goal in our engagement was to build a competitive backlink profile and library of ranking posts for more visibility on the SERP.

We implemented this through content like “6 Money Conversations to Have Before Getting Hitched,” ranking #1 due to its keyword-driven strategy and unique visual elements. Additionally, pursuing interactive content like, “Baby Budget Printables,” which grabbed the top spot for “baby budget” in less than six months.

As we continually looked to one-up competitors in the space, we also developed Possible’s first search-driven video, “What Are Payday Loans?,” a mid-funnel piece that moved up 64 spots on the SERP, now featured on page 4, in one month.

Content like the above has pushed Possible to become a differentiator in the space–racking up links quickly, while contributing to their overall blog uniformity and brand awareness.
