Norton is a heavyweight in the antivirus space and has started and stopped content marketing many times. Their reasons? Inability to find a partner that understood search, could work with multiple departments, and implement strict brand guidelines. Enter: Siege Media.
Growth summary
Norton had a massive library of existing content that plateaued in performance, relying primarily on the Norton name to still bring in traffic. They already covered so many cybersecurity topics relating to antivirus and anti-malware software, so we stepped in and provided guidance on how to update existing content. We focused on low-ranking content and uncovered new opportunities that Norton could easily capture rankings for. After a refresh, content would shoot to the top of Page One, earning valuable traffic and passive links.
