Choice Mutual needed Siege Media’s help to direct traffic and links to their blog. They wanted an agency to help them rank among the juggernauts in the insurance space while balancing their niche market of burial and final expense insurance.
Because of their industry, there was a more limited selection of keywords they could target. Therefore, the challenge was targeting financial insurance keywords without overlapping with high-DR and high-authority sites like Investopedia and NerdWallet.

We immediately identified top-funnel keywords related to retirement, retirees, and funeral and burial costs.
Many of the core topics we covered were more bottom funnel with heavier subject matter, but we also focused on some lighter, top-funnel topics.
